One thing to check before you post it.
In your Google Group's settings, set Who can view conversations to
Anyone on the web. If it's set to "Group members", strangers hit a permission
wall with no Join button — and you'll never see it yourself, because you're the owner.
It's the single most common reason a test never fills up.
